01 May Prayer Request for Tornado Victims
Hi Friends,
I’ve already had a few people connect with us to ask if we were ok through the storms here in Little Rock on April 27th. The Bayer family is fine. Our sirens were blaring through much of our small group meeting Sunday evening. The hard hit areas were around 10-15 miles from us.
But, there are three FamilyLife families impacted by these storms that Lila and I would so appreciate your prayers for:
-For the Tittle family, home going of dad Rob & two daughters. Wife Kerry is left with seven children. Their house is destroyed as they were all apparently huddled under a stairway when the storm hit. Our son Marshall works at
Chick-fil-a with two of the daughters who survived so he is obviously shocked as are we.
-For Dan & Kristen Gaffney and their six children-they are ok physically but lost everything-home, two cars, possessions, etc. Fortunately they rode out the storm in a storm shelter.
-For Dan and Nancy Butkowski they apparently have significant home damage-fortunately they weren’t home when the storm hit.
Their three home churches, FamilyLife and Cru are in the process of mobilizing to help each.
